Investment Loan

To invest in Working Capital financing of a company.

The Investment is made in DIT SA, which is a company that I established and in which I am one of the shareholders.

The purpose is to invest in the growth of the company.

DIT SA is active in Cocoa and Coffee trading, you can see that from the web site at : www.dit.ch.

The growth comes from an increase in the regions of supplies, as we have opportunities to get supplies now from ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo and Rwanda.

It also comes on the customers side, since we have important actors in the industry (big chocolate producers and big Cocoa Butter and Powder producers) , who are welcoming our approach and are ready to start working with us.

We already have 4 millions USD lines of credit to finance trade transactions with an established bank in Geneva.

We were granted another 4 million by a hedge fund, but I am trying to avoid this avenue as their costs is rather heavy( (8% interest rate, plus 1% facility fee).

Hence I am trying to accommodate the financing required for the growth from other avenues, pending the time necessary for us to establish other banking relations and to grow the internally generated funds.

This explains my approach to crowdlending.
